Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours red orange with a fluffy off white head. Smells of citrus and piney hops. Tastes of citrus and piney and earthy hops. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Unknown vintage; drank 2/9/16 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque orange/red appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge khaki head; a curtain of lace.
Orange citrus, dry pine & faint banana notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Orange citrus & mild honey flavors up front; dry, bitter pine notes on the finish.
Too bitter for me; maybe more honey would help?!

Had on tap. This is what I think of when I hear wisconsin ipa. Sure there are hops, some lingering bitterness, but there is a big nod to the lager history of the region, and we love honey up here too. Hops are piney if anything, going well with caramel malt, honey, and light grapefruit. Booze breaks through in finish. Little syrupy in the feel. A solid beer to enjoy while watching packer football

Outstanding!
In fact, I was surprised at how much I liked it!
Dark amber in color, great aroma, smooth honey finish...Not too "in your face" with the honey.
Surprising wonderful and smooth for a DIPA with over 100 IBU's!
Would totally recommend!
Loved, Loved, LOVED this DIPA!

Very nice honey or dark copper color
Nose is fruity and floral, but subdued.
Love the taste. So, there's the hop taste combined with the sweetness of the honey, but also just a little of the booziness to offset the sweet. I love the slightly syrupy feel and just enough of the bitterness of the hops to even that out. Very very nice.

Finger plus of frothy orange tinted tan, lots of craters and dimples, slow and measured dissolve, multitude of thin, long streaks with good staying power. Filmy liquid yet clear enough to see the particulate suspended within, rich bronzed color, only a few bubbles to be seen. Heavyset nose of honey, mocha, biscotti, pine tar, orange reduction, the damp leafiness consistent without pushing everything to the side, the pineapple, papaya, peach fruit scents could use some separation and clarity. Full-bodied with little carbonation so it feels plush and inactive. On the sweet side with that honey to molasses element, flower water, cocoa/mocha, scone, malts given freedom to play. The tangelo, pink grapefruit citrus juicy with minimal bite. The is some booziness (not burn) to it which contributes to a reduced, syrupy feel in the pineapple, mango, nectarine to peach fruit. In the end it comes across a jolly portly fellow without a bad word for anyone, you’d glad to sit on a stool next to him.

A dark honey color with a puffy head of 1 finger. Lots of fuzzy lace left behind.
Tons of honeysuckle on the nose, with bright fruity notes and lots of grapefruit.
Flavor is much less impressive, imparting a piney caramel flavor with an undercurrent of honey. Finish of grapefruit rinds and earthy pine.
Feel is crisp and carbonated, with a resiny finish.
Overall, it was great up until the flavor. I could really go for more sweetness and less caramel and pine. It's kinda gross.
