Not sure how to rate Atmosphere here (an issue I’ve had in the past with online purchases). Anyway, nice selection of West Coasters (specifically, AleSmith, The Bruery and Firestone Walker) and others. Double Jack was fresh as far as I could tell so that made me happy. Selection is decent, but prices are high. Shipping is obviously built into prices, but they charge this anyway unless you order 6 (to fill up the whole shipper). Hard for me to account for that in "Value". I guess this is understandable, but they kind of try to get around that. Overall easy to use (haven’t had to deal with any people, so service is based on this) and a nice go-to if I’m feeling like something different.

I ordered from these folks after an email chat with a gal named jessica at letspour. [email protected] She assured me that all the beers I ordered would be fresh and even claimed to have checked with the warehouse. I ordered 6 bombers to get the free shipping. All but one were bottled in early march. None but the one was actually anywhere near fresh. I was very disappointed and would never recommend these folks nor will I order from them again. I wrote to them online and asked for a refund and if they provide the refund promised in their satisfaction guarantee sheet they sent me I will up this rating a little. I do not have money to burn and am sore at these guys. It's very expensive considering the beer is stale and out of date.

I've ordered from LetsPour about 3 or 4 times. Each time, I received exactly what I ordered quickly and safely. They use really nice pulp shippers that you can re-use for future trades. Big bonus.
As for prices, they incorporate shipping into each unit price. So, while on the surface, the beers may seem overpriced, when you factor in the free shipping (as long as you order at least 6 beers from one location) then the total price becomes comparable to what you end up paying for trading those same beers. Sometimes, it's just more convenient to browse their website and select beers you can't purchase locally than to trade for them.
Their selection at any given time is not the best and can be somewhat limited. However, they did carry enough out-of-market beers for me to justify my purchases through them. It's probably intentional, so they can move beers and not have them sit on the warehouse shelves.
All of the beers I received were fresh. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my Jai Alai IPA, it was canned only two weeks prior, and my shipment took a week from Florida, so that was super fresh!
As long as you understand their pricing model, I think you'll be happy with your purchase and experience in general. I'll definitely purchase from them again.

Atmosphere: It is hard to judge the atmosphere of an internet store, but the sites layout is decent and easy to navigate
Quality: I am very happy to have a fairly priced option to have west coast craft beers shipped to me, so quality gets a 5.
Service: Top notch. There was a small problem with my order, and both the owner and staff worked to resolve the issue. Communication was excellent while they were resolving the problem.
Selection: A bit slim, but well thought out. I will be interesting to see how the selection evolves.
Value: The free shipping is worked into the price of the beer, but LetsPour has the lowest overall rate of any online beer store I have found
Keep up the good work!!!
