Golden amber in the big chalice. A nice foam to start with that melts down to some lacing, but a robust tangy carbonation on the tongue. Light in weight
but the mouthfeel is a little more substantial with the tart fruit and an oily sensation. A little fruit in the aroma, but it's distinctly berry.
The fruity flavor is smooth and long lasting in the nose. A nice balance of malt and tartness, since there is not much in the way of hops. Just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Really not a bad fruit beer and makes for a good low-alcohol style.
From the 12 oz bottle bought at Emigration Market in Salt Lake.

Poured from 12oz can into a tulip.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a minimal effervescence. Head is a thin finger of frothy ivory foam; not too bad but not a lot going on.
Smell: a nice raspberry aroma atop a simple wheat-malt base. The aroma does seem a little artificial, but it is still nice.
Taste: a good fruit character with a moderate and appropriate level of sweetness; there's a wheatiness appropriate to the base as well. It's not earth-shattering but it's a perfectly acceptable fruit wheat beer.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a moderate carbonation and OK creaminess.
Overall: not a bad wheat beer; I could see quaffing plenty of this under the right circumstances. It's certainly a highly drinkable strength as well.

Raspberry Wheat pours a golden color with no head. Big hit of raspberry. Taste is very mellow raspberry flavors, nothing else and not sweet. A bit fizzy and weak. Overall mellow and drinkable.
