Clear yellow colored beer with a small white colored head.

Smells of toasted grain and a light lemony hop. Toasted grain and some cooked vegetables.

Starts out grainy and malty with a soda cracker after taste. Lemony and slightly bitter after taste. Still just an OK Lager.

Mouthfeel is OK.

Overall a Lager a little better than Budweiser.

The Last One In....not only has an awesome label...its pretty tasty. I'm trying this one in Park City, Utah. The beer poured a clear golded with white head that left a lace down the entire glass. The scent was fairly mild with malt balancing saaz like hops. The taste was evenly balanced with biscuit like base with glass and earth like flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall a solid and yet sessionable offering from Wasatch.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a very light yellow color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.

S: The aroma is faint but contains lager yeast, light caramelized malts and touches of citrus and hops.

T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of lager yeast and grain. Then some mild malt sweetness comes in. The hops presence is also mild and brings a little bit of balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.

M: Crisp and a little smooth, light-to-medium body, medium-to-high carbonation, finish is clean.

O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, mild kick, decent representation of style, it’s a light and poundable “lawnmower beer” but there are better choices within the style.

First off this is a American Pale Lager, 1st Amendment on steroids.

Pours a very nice clean/clear golden pale color, very nice carbonation, with a nice one-finger creamy/fizzy white head, which disappates quickly, but leaves some nice sticky lacing. The nose is malty, kinda sweet, very slight yeast note. The taste is very nice malty, sweet, with a slight yeast note. Medium body, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall a very tasty brew, a nice step-up from the 1st Amendment Lager. Very tasty on a hot day.

A--Very light yellow in color. Thin head and very light lacing on the glass.

S--Very malty and bready, maybe just a hint of lemon.

T--Bready and lemony, though not as lemony as some of the New Belgium spring/summer beers that I've tried. Just a hint of maybe an herb taste and light, light hop note.

M--Light bodied and crisp, just like I would like a lager/pilsner to be. Very easy drinking and would go well with a lunch or BBQ.

O--Very good lager with the depth that your Buds and the like really like. Maybe not the best lager I'ver had, but it's probably in the top 10. Wasatch's new labeling is great as well, this beer features a women in a swimsuit jumping into the water.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. 5.6 ABV. Suggested food pairings: "potato chips, pretzels, and more beer."
