Enjoy By: 10/17/14

Pours a nice cloudy pale yellow color, with some nice carbonation, nice one-finger fizzy white head, which also leaves some small islands and sticky lacing. The nose is slightly malty, with some flower notes, and sweetness, nice little yeast note. The taste is malty, yeasty, flowery, slightly sweet. Medium body, with a slight bitter finish. Overall a pretty tasty brew. Again nice to see another new brew in Utah.

Crisp, Floral, Spicy, Unique

Sweet herbal lavender. Sturdy malt backbone. Not too sweet, kiss of honey in the middle. Modest hopping shows off the lavender. As subtle as this brew is, it can be considered “extreme” even if it tastes nothing out of the ordinary aside from a single herb character. Easy drinking was obviously the brewers intention first and foremost. Worthy of a try.

Squatters Bumper Crop Honey Ale has a thin-to-medium, quickly-dissipating, white head, minimal lacing left on the glass, and a mostly clear, amber (honey) appearance. The aroma is of various herbs and wildflowers, with background malt, and the flavor is of those elements, riding alongside honey and sweetness. Hop bitterness is quite low. Mouthfeel is medium, and Squatters Bumper Crop Honey Ale finishes crisp and drinkable.

12oz picked up at Whole Foods.. Pours a slightly hazy golden brew... Thin white head with no lacing or cap. Strong honey essence works well with the earthy lavender... Odd, but still interesting. The herbaceous lavender never comes off like the flowers, instead like you are rubbing your hands on the leaves.. The honey is fermented out but retains a good presence with residual maltiness.. Okay... I dig the overall beer no doubt, but I doubt I will buy it unless I am brewing a lavender beer. No real qualms, but it is definitely a niche beer.

Pours clear amber. Mild floral and honey aroma. The lavender really comes through in the taste along with floral sweetness, crackery malt, and fresh bread. Was much better than expected, a delightful little beer.

A-A pale blonde appearance with a slight haze. Almost no head and seems under carbonated.
S-A lemony citrus aroma
T-The citrus, lemony and a bit of grassy flavors come through. The lavender flavors make for an unusual beer. It also a very slight honey character with some sweetness.
M-The citrus, lemon and hint of honey provided some presence but it was so lightly carbonated
O-A very pleasant and tasty beer but it does not have as much malt or yeast presence as other summer beers.

Bottle says "Ale brewed with Honey and Lavender."

Chill hazed amber color with a medium sized white colored head.

Smells sweet and of pollen and flowers. Lavender is quite a strong scent here. No real hop but the flower scent is strong and reminds me of a good Saison.

Starts out sweet and malty with a flower after taste. Mild bitterness and a faint trace of acid this is very much a flower beer and would go great with light flavored foods like broiled fish.

Mouthfeel is good.

Overall better than expected, very solid flower beer.

Fruit lavender and honey are noticeable right away. Enjoyed this one a good summertime lawn mowing beer or a good brew to suck down before you go meet that chubby girl you meet online.

Pours a nice honey amber color with distinct light hazing, and a 2 finger head that gradually recedes to a creamy pond moss on top. 60% opaque.

Not much to the aroma except for some honey baked grains, a bit of malt.

The flavor is thankfully stronger with a rich baked bread flavor, some floral notes (decidedly lavender), cereal, and malt. Little hop to be tasted, but that's okay. This is a super refreshing ale and yes, absolutely, it reminds me of summer time.

The feel is carbonated, refreshing, creamy, light, airy...it's all good.

Overall, this is such a great summer ale. I'd buy it in sixers for hot weather. Very nice beer!

Not a big fan, but I could see why others would enjoy. Light easy sippin beer just lacks flavor
