12 oz. bottle poured to a pint glass.
A: Dark brown with faint mahogany/auburn highlights. One-finger of creamy tan head, fading to a thin cap & leaving behind decent-looking lace.
S: Old coffee grounds, slightly sweet grainy malt mixed with lightly oxidized sourness.
T: Tasty blend of lightly sweetened coffee & milk chocolate with a slightly smoked wood/malt finish. Pleasant grainy/oat flavor. Nothing complex, but the flavors are all good for this style of stout.
M: Thinner than some stouts, but a reasonable level of carbonation and gentle chocolatey bitterness fills the mouth a bit. Still it's a light to medium mouthfeel, hindered some by the low 4% ABV.
D: Not a bad oatmeal stout, though probably not one I'd have to seek out again. It's drinkable, has a low abv and pretty good flavors, so I can't complain much. Thanks to Wasatch for the bottle...tried in Feb 2007.

16oz draft from SLC location
Rated it a bit better than normal because on tap its Nitrogenated, which makes the oatmeal stand out in my opinion.
Pours black with a mildly dense head.
