Poured from 12oz bottle(room temp) a clear medium gold with a large head of foam that shrank slowly and left a solid layer with lacing.
The smell has a really nice hoppy nose to it. Nice notes of grapefruit and some floral tones dominate. More sniffing pulled out a touch of malt...
The taste is big on the grapefruit up front followed by a good injection of sweet malt to somewhat control the hoppiness. Nice balancing job! A few more sips into it, the balanced flavours are more pronounced making for a real treat for my palate. The finish is on the dry side making for a real crispness. The only bad thing I can say is that it's kind of thin body wise but it's still a nice IPA.
Bottom line: A well balanced American IPA that I'd have no hesitation drinking again and again. Highly reccommended!
Thanks to Wasatch for this excellent IPA. It's a winner!

12 oz. Bottle
Pours a very nice clean/clear golden yellow color, with some pretty nice carbonation, with a nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with some citrus. The taste is hoppy, malty, citrusy. Medium body. Overall, a very tasty brew.

Crystal clear, amber/orange, fair amount of tiny bubbles rising, with a quickly vanishing finger of white foamy head. The aroma is a little floral, some caramel, and mild citrus and pine. Not a ton of anything on the nose. The flavor is mild, but pleasant. Nice building bitterness towards the back that lingers. The beer has a nice balance between sweet and bitter. The citrus and piney notes are in their but mild. Average carbonation, medium thin body, a little watery, no real lacing, refreshing. Good, laid back-starter IPA.

Yellow, gold, copper, its all in here, a darker color than expected for a 4% ipa. Hops imparted grapefruit.
The flavor was a little earthy, grassy, not hops that pop, but they also exist in the flavor profile, they aren't that understated. Still, this is far from a top tier session ipa. Weirdly comes across kinda malty, plenty of crystal in this one.
Its balanced. Not a bad type of gateway ipa for people, no off flavors.
