Thanks John :) My first beer from the lovely state of Utah.

A - Pours a slightly hazed golden/orange into a standard pint glass. A nice, thick, frothy off-white head remains on top for a while. Lots of bubbles jet through the body. Nice lacing.

S - It smells a bit more of American hops than the English variety. Lots of citrus and sweet fruits, but a definite pronounced malt profile. Good and not overdone, and nothing off.

T - Straddles the line between an APA and an EIPA, but I like it. A clean, lightly sweet malt profile plays around with an earthy hop note. The finish is slightly dry, but definitely not overly bitter. A good candidate for those wanting to cut their hop-loving teeth without wanting to get completely smacked around.

M - The soda-like effervescence detracts from the initial flavors, but the more it mellows, the more it comes together. It could use a tad less carbonation tho.

D - Nice drinkability, as the flavors are light, yet present enough to know you're enjoying a flavorful beer. I'd definitely drink more of this if available to me.

Notes: I'm peeling off the sticker that says "Unlawful to Remove" as I type this. Damn the man.

Pours fairly clear and golden, a tight finger high withe head. Tight singular ring forms after poor retention.

Little to no aroma coming off this beer, some honey dipped bready malt is quite plain with a slight green tea, grass and piney hop aroma.

Bready malt has a touch of honey sweetness. The hops are grassy with a mild orange citrus and general fruity esters. The black tea note on the finish indicates this might be past its prime. Quite bitter on the finish with a lasting pine burn.

Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation. Lasting bitterness that carries dank pine with some alcohol burn.

A disappointing IPA, quite drinkable but no aroma other than light malt and barely any hops. A huge tea flavor and bitterness but otherwise un-remarkable, more of a pale ale in flavor and build.

12 oz bottle, best by 7/16/14. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a big meringue white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet bready malts with some grassy hops.

The flavor is sweet toasted malts with some grassy bitterness and a little fruit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, it's very subdued and sweet and grassy.

Slightly chill hazed orange colored ale with a tall white head. This is at the lower end of the IPA Orange spectrum.

Smells mild for an IPA. Mild malt and a little grapefruit aroma. Faint scent of pinewood, just not that aromatic.

Starts out tasting of toasted grain and strong tea. Little bit of citrus flavor but overall this is pretty much closer to a pale ale than an IPA.

Mouthfeel is OK.

Overall this is damn easy to drink but it will leave hopheads with the feeling they have been cheated. Buy this expecting to taste Pale Ale and it is OK.
