A mighty hop-lover's dream. Hop rising adds malty backbone to an intense Imperial IPA. This insanely smooth dry-hopped ale has everything: 9% ALC/VOL, 72 IBUs, and yes, thats our master brewer Jason Stock pitching in on the label.

12 oz bottle was poured into a tulip glass.
Appearance: This beer poured a one finger head that reduced to a thin layer. Nice lacing from the reduced head too. It is a hazy copper color with some vision of a few bubbles coming up through the glass. More lacing all the way down to the bottom of the glass.
Smell: citrus and tropical hop aromas, caramel, and alcohol.
Taste: Tangerine, grapefruit, and pineapple is short lived and followed by caramel, bitterness, and alcohol that is easier and easier to taste with every sip. Hop flavor dies too quickly, but then the next sip it is there. Strange.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, alcohol, low to medium carbonation, a little chewy, lingering bitterness, and light to medium bodied.
Overall: Not too shabby, this beer seemed to get better as it warmed up. Still an enjoyable beer.

Pours a hazy pineapple color with a creamy white head that coats the glass. Beautiful hazy. The nose is citrus and some apricot, which is where the taste heads as well. Full, soft mouthfeel per the style. I think I would’ve preferred the OG non-hazy, but this is still more than worthy of a try.

It´s a pleasant DIPA from Utah but for me from Vermont it lacks the fresh hoppiness of our breweries. First sip is good, the next tastes the same and then it gets boring. No nuances, no aftertaste different from the first sip.

Chilled 12 oz can right from the can, which was canned 23 days ago. Excited pop top spit some foam and aroma, which is that piney fruit loop you want from an IPA.
Taste is a hop bomb. Expressive malt backbone for balance. Good ABV burn.,
Feel is lively, bit slick.
Overall, right fine DIPA, local, very fresh. Recommended!

Smooth mouthfeel. Even muted Too much. Low nitrogen. Definitely an imperial. Hoppy of course. Malt start to butter finish. Slightly sweet befitting an imperial. Only sell it here in cans per the Utah backwards liquor laws. Nothing over 5 percent on draft. It’s a shame because I feel it would be much better on draft. Good beer though.

12oz can
Kinda cloudy, unfiltered, red-orange. Nice warm malty and boozy hop-forward citrus/flower/dank. Taste is kinda sweet and boozy, some wet cardboard, grass and dank. It's easy to drink, kinda slick but the carbonation and feel is on point, you can taste the alcohol, but its not obnoxious, the 9% is more like a 7%...
Doesn't hit like it should, the hop flavor here is just sad. Doesn't taste bad as a strong ale, but sucks as an Imperial IPA. But if you're just trying to get drunk, this could be your brand
