Appearance: high carbonation, 1/2 inch head, clear, orange-yellow in color
Smell: wheat, apricot, and light Belgian spices
Taste: big juicy apricot, white grape juice, and light Belgian spices
Mouthfeel: sweet with light bitterness at the end, light body, high carbonation
Overall: One of the better offerings from this brewery that I have had so far. Huge apricot taste. This is one that I could have several of on a hot day.

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a tall pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a very hazy yellowish golden orange with a lot of rising bubbles. About two fingers of white head that settle into a thin patchy layer.
Smell: A fruity and sweet wheat driven aroma with hints of apricot and other fruits. Pale malt and wheat with hints of grains, cracker, and yeast. Big scent of fruit with lots of apricot and hints of orange, mango, and lemon. Hints of coriander spice. Sweet hints of sugar as well. A decent aroma.
Taste: Like the smell, a fruity and sweet wheat driven taste with notes of apricot and light spice. Pale malt and wheat with hints of cracker, grains, straw, and yeast. Big taste of apricot fruit along with some notes of mango, orange, and lemon zest. Light notes of coriander spice. Also some notes of sugar. A pretty decent taste.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a medium to high level of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and fruity. Very smooth.
Overall: A pretty decent fruit beer. The Hefeweizen elements are minimal but the citrus flavor is good.

Delicate apricot greets you in the nose of Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen. It's soft, fruity, and very realistic. Beyond that it's a typical American hefe-weizen with a cloudy golden-orange body and short-lived bright-white head. The apricot carries over into the flavor and dominates over the mild wheat-based maltiness beneath, but it's not overbearing. On the contrary, it's quite engaging, and subtly tart and refreshing. It's very lightly hopped to match it's light, delicately sweet maltiness, and it finishes dry with a lingering note of residual apricot. I'm sure it would make a great summer beer for any barbeque or sporting event, but to be honest, I'd welcome it at almost any time of the year. Nicely done. Quaffable!

Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen has a thick, fluffy, white head, a hazy, golden appearance, streaming bubbles, and a bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is of apricot, tap water, and little bit of wheat. The taste is the same, with a low bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium and somewhat slick. Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen finishes rather wet, watery, and dull. Overall, this is just average.

The good news is I'm reviewing a fruit beer instead of a hefe
A: poured into a weizen glass to a pale yellow with a little haze and a two finger dense white head that has poor retention
S: smells of apricots and a hint of spice
T: taste is apricots, slight banana, clean pale malt with some creamy wheat. swallow is more apricots with a little banana and a slight malt twang on the finish
M: this beer is pretty light with slightly prickly carbonation and a refreshing finish
O: It isn't bad. It isn't belgian red but nothing else really is. Overall it has good flavors but the apricot is a little forced and somewhat artificial tasting.

12 oz bottle pours a hazed gold color with a small (for a hefe) cap of off-white head. Not much retention or lace.
Nose is very apricot...not so funky as opening a bag of dried ones, but powerful and sweet for sure...dominates all other aspects of the aroma.
Taste is refreshing enough and not overly sweet. There is plenty of apricot in the flavor, so if you are not a fan of this particular stonefruit, stay away. Its not really all that hefeweizen-y though...more like a straight American Wheat with apricot flavoring. Not all that bad in this case, a simplistic fruit beer that does nothing to offend or inspire. Wouldnt turn one down but most likely wont be picking up another sixer.

Cloudy yellow colored beer with a slight white head formation.
Smells lightly of apricot. Soda cracker malt scent. Basically though this isn't very aromatic.
Starts out mildly sweet with a mild apricot taste. Mild bread flavor and a hard water taste. Mildly tart taste.
Mouthfeel is light.
Overall not much to this.
