Served refrigerated into a goblet.

A: As expected it's golden in colour. Some slight murkyness created by the yeast. The head is minimal, hollywood-smile white and dissappears all to quick.

S: The smells are more remeniscent of an ale then a lager and I get hazelnut, caramel and apricot marmelade. Dominated by sweet smells in other words. The hop profile is typically european with a touch of bitterness with a spicy, flowery zang to it.

T: The taste delivers what was promised by the smell with firstly a sweet impression, allthough everything appears more strongly when reaching the taste buds. The one taste that comes to mind for me at first is hazelnut cream. There's also a caramel sweetness and a subtle fruityness that leans towards apricot. First when the liquid hits the root of the tounge the bitterness comes out of it's hiding and strikes me to be of a herby, spicy kind.

M: Typical carbonation for it's style but with a more round body than usual. Lays gently on the tounge with a surprising creaminess.

O: I would say this is a very drinkable beer one that most would call "a session beer". For a Euro Pale lager this is a good beer in traditional craft style. It's well balanced and suits for hot summer days on social gatherings, dominated by BMC-people, when you don't want to be completely anti-social analyzing a complex IPA or a stout.
Lacks any daring moves or a depth that would make it memorable. Simply a good beer.
