Had this on tap at the brewery yesterday after a long day of disc golf in the area. It was a much needed thirst quencher.
Served in a 16 oz. "bulb", the body was a hazy pale golden color, with a half inch of white foam on the surface. There was some rapid streams of tiny carbonation along the edges of the foam. Retention was good, it's foam eventually broke across the surface with some random lacing.
Aroma was clean with light belgian yeast and coriander traces, also light lemon zest. Taste brought more lemony notes and light yeast flavors, with a subdued note of coriander lingering in the background. Body was light and crisp, and it finished somewhat dry. Definitely quenching and satisfying after a long day in the sun...

First growler served from Naperville's newest brewery. Poured into a Solemn Oath tulip. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a nice two fingered fluffy, creamy white head that stands up.
Aromas of citrus, lemon and orange, along with the ever present witbier coriander. Nice subtle notes all around. A hint of chalkiness on the nose as well.
Flavors are like the aromas, citrus, lemon, orange and coriander, with a mineral tang. Nice subtle flavors, nothing overpowering.
Mouthfeel is creamy, medium, with a soft carbonation.
Overall an impressive first impression. Great balanced, sessionable beer. Must try this for summer refreshment.

Served in a nonic pint glass at the Whole Foods in Schaumburg.
Straight outta Naperthrill, eh? Let's dance. This stuff pours a hazy pale lemonade topped by a half-finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild coriander, light black pepper, even lighter clove, a touch of banana peel, cracked wheat, and a twist of lemon. Everything is decidedly meek, inoffensive: I really had to strain to pick anything out. The taste brings in more of the same, brighter now, as if this were actually present. The lemon comes through a bit more, relative to the other factors, and takes on a bit of a rind-y tone. Some mild powdered sugar flashes in near the finish. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda dry finish. Overall, a nice little wit, but nothing much more than that, unfortunately.

Had on tap at Wild Monk in Lagrange. Served in a shaker pint.
A: Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a creamy white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thin cap and ring that leaves nice sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Coriander and belgian yeast notes up front. Fruity esters and some sweet citrus notes are present as well and some raw wheat rounds it out.
T: More fruity esters from the yeast are up front with a mild citrus peel, some cracked wheat and pale malt sweetness sits in the periphery.
M: Light bodied with nice carbonation. The finish is smooth and sweet and the drinkability is great.
O: Highly drinkable and delicious. The flavors wont beat you over the head, but they're there in appropriate amounts. I really enjoyed this beer and will definitely revisit in the future.
