Thanks to Milan for sending this out years ago (also drank years ago).
Poured a roughly 50/50 blend of dark brown and black. Dark brown head 1/4". Aroma of sweet malt choco taco vibes with a small hint of dark fruit.
Taste leaned on the lightly roasted for a stout malt chocolate interplay. Bitterness very low, chalkiness low, chocolate malt and lactose in the right amounts. Not super hefty, thankfully, has a mouth feel that effortlessly drank itself, although a slightly lighter carbonation job would be welcome as well. This is a good beer to pick up. I think people who like stouts like stouts, aside from the Chicago pour this needs to be thick AF kind of beer that you couldn't finish by yourself without it being a chore.
Milk stouts are the best to the uninitiated, but still bring respect to the more learned and experienced. Here is a bomber of a stout you can do solo. Its pretty good and isn't really excessive in any way beyond the carbonation.

A. Mostly opaque dark brown beer with a frothy tan colored head that subsides in about 2 minutes.
S. Chocolate and roasted malts. Maybe slight fig.
T. Again chocolate and roasted malts with a hint of skunk that actually plays well imo. Some piney flavor also.
M. Medium bodied with a bit of carbonation. Not as smooth as other milk stouts I've had. But still good. Could be thicker.
O. A decent bet worth a try because of its unique characteristics but at the same time nothing to rave about.

The Nourri Au Fourrage was a solid drinkable stout. It poured an opaque black with tan head that left some lacing. The scent and taste bordered espresso. The mouthfeel was fuller in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it was very good.

Dark oil like beer. Very viscus. Wonderful coffee and chocolate flavor. Coffee is by far the biggest flavor in this beer.
