16 fl oz. can, canned 04/04/2022 it looks like? Acquired from the roommate thing via trade. Another new one to me from Solemn Oath, this one a "Belgian-Style India Pale Ale".
Poured to Brasserie D'achouffe stemware.
Pours a burnt sienna orange body; lots of tiny flecks of sediment in the beer -- I might normally say it was a hazy beer, but that would be misconstrued nowadays to think "pulpy" and juicy, but this beer is hazy in the standard sense of the word before it became it's own style. Sturdy finger of frothy white head that leaves good lacing. Looks fine, and it's not hard to get a 4 out of me for appearance.
Generic "Belgian" style yeast presence, indistinctly fruity, with notes of cream, must & earth.
Earthy, bitter, & piney character mixed with a bit of earthy Belgian yeast presence. Doughy & bready, with crisp carbonation. Medium-light in body. Pretty easy drinking stuff.
Overall, fairly unimpressed. Like others have said, more IPA than Belgian, and a very generic form of Belgian at best.

16 oz can poured into nonic. Good head retention, copper color. Tastes like a hoppy Belgian. Enjoyable.

Butterfly Flashmob is labeled as a Belgian style IPA. You won't get much Belgian but it is still a decent IPA with a strong bitter hop. The can design is top shelf and really draws you in.

Consumed out of a 16 oz can. Taste kind of syrupy, sweet, and bitter. Not to complex but it all comes together well. Very drinkable and balanced at 7%. Overall, not something I would seek out again but I wouldn’t turn it down if offered.

Decent pillow head, good retention, lacing, clear pale tan color
Nose fruity esters, mild peppery phenols, good Belgian yeast notes, spicy fruity hops, mild sweet malt, enjoyable
Taste fusel alcohol with big phenols out front, peppery notes, fruity esters and hops, medium bitterness with spicy floral and fruity hops, sweet toasty malts, candy, sweet sticky boozy finish
Mouth is med to fuller bod little syrupy sweet, decent carb, some hot alcohol
Overall mixed, nice Belgian characters but boozy and heavy malt slight syrupy

Bright amber yellow color, with a lot of foam, every can I pour no matter how carefully handled results in foam, the glass is 2 oz beer and 14 oz of foam. By the time everything settles I can smell sweet malt, Belgian yeast aromatics and hops, but not in a balance I like. Tastes like a Belgian beer that doesn't want to offend met an IPA that didn't want to be too bitter. Mouthfeel was, either foam or dry depending on what I was getting. Overall, could be a good beer if the cans were more reliable.

A- Tallboy pours into a goblet with a deep amber body and a thick and creamy white cap. Head shoots up to about two fingers high with very good retention leaving lace immediately in thick sheets.
S- Belgian yeast comes out immediately in the forefront with spicy phenolics and plenty of esters. Overall it has a very spicy and peppery farmhouse aroma. The hops a bit of an afterthought to the yeast here.
T- Most of the flavor profile comes down to the yeast as suggested in the aroma. Spicy, peppery and fruity overall yeast profile with pink pepper, coriander, slight stone fruit, apricot, white grape, juicy pear and whole grain yeasty bread. The hops overall seem to give off a soft stone fruit flavor for the most part like apricot with hints of easy going citrus, cooking herb and floral hops.
MF- Puffy and highly carbonated medium body. The texture is very fluffy and rather smooth and silky and it all ends with just a slight bit of herbal bitterness.
Not gonna turn any heads with the powdery hop bomb obsession of modern days but a well brewed Belgian with a moderate dose of hops is always welcome in my arsenal.
