Pour a slightly chill hazed gold with a thumb of pearl colored head. Pretty good head retention & fantastic lacing
S: A little bit of tropical fruit, some dank notes once warm
T: Mangoes, papayas, dryness, some pomelo, limes & a bit of grapefruit up front. A little bit of powdery dryness, sweet orange, & lime shows as this beer warms up, just a kiss of green melon as well. Finishes with some dryness, green melon, cantaloupes, papaya, & pomelo
MF: Medium body, medium carbonation, lovely balance
Great drinkability, nice balance of sweet fruits & bitterness on the tongue, thenose is the only thing that was below expectations on this beer

It tastes like candy. Tropical dankness. Medium body. Citrus orange flavor. ABV is hard to detect and it has a slightly oily feel to it. I also tastes a little bit of electronics or metal in the middle.

Crystal clear straw with tight two finger head that leave nice lacing. Nose is a very clean grapefruit pith, and slight dankness. Taste follows the nose with a nice wash of grapefruit juice followed by a clean malt, and ends with a solid grapefruit and mango flesh. Body is light to medium with similar carbonation. Ends with a quick and crisp citrus flesh juiciness and hints of mango. Overall a very nice and clean ipa.

I have been a regular at Societe since it first opened it's doors. The Pupil has been a steady go to beer for most of that time but Societe has had many good beers over that period. This is a year round favorite, not too light, not too heavy. The fact that I can get it at Costco doesn't hurt either! Sitting by the pool enjoying one right now.

A big fluffy white head sinking to just a little foam around the edges of the glass with little lacing. Light gold or straw in color with some haziness. The scent is grass, mango, and citrus. Also, some dankness. The taste is dry with the hops and alcohol there, but very subtle. The taste also subtly follow the nose. The finish goes toward a drying bitterness. The mouthfeel is average with good carbonation.
Overall, a very good IPA that’s on the light side - less resinous than a lot of other West Coast IPAs.

19.2oz can served in a hotel glass. Can is dated 4/26/23. I think I bought it at one of their locations a couple days ago.
Pours a hazy golden amber with a small, tight head. Smell is resinous pine and hop flowers. Maybe some honeysuckle and/or vaguely floral sweetness.
Taste is also piney and floral, strong resin, well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium with a little bit of a filminess. Overall, very nice IPA.
