Poured from a 12 oz can purchased at Trader Joes.
Looks pretty good. Deep, dark brown. Khaki head. Decent retention. Light lacing.
Nose is understated. Char, slight chocolate notes.
Flavor is a little more pronounced. Charred caramel notes, chocolate, and some roast.
Mouthfeel is fairly chewy and a tad viscous.

Canned 10/24/23, from the fridge into a tulip on 12/9/23. very dark brown, just off black, with probably one of the darkest brown heads (1.5 fingers high) I have ever seen. Decently long duration, giving way to a thin film. No lacing. Not a lot of smell; mostly very dark roasted grains and a hint of burnt coffee. Same taste but way more intense, plus a bit of dark mollases. Nice smooth mouthfeel. Very fine mild carbonation. Some burnt grain / coffee bitterness on the back end. Not a hint at all of flavor added, just tasty stout. edit: I let this warm up to maybe 60F and I like it even more than cold.

smokey and dark, bitter, burnt coffee, molasses finish. dark brown micro foam on top. feel is a touch thin for an imperial stout but overall really fantastic stout. it’s simple and neat.

Pours an oily black with 2 fingers of mocha foam. Killer retention with a ton of soapy lacing. Aroma of dark fruit, coffee, chocolate and toffee. Taste follows suit. Lots of coffee, chocolate, and base stout flavors. Very oily and viscous feel. I dig it for a pretty basic stout.

Pours black with a 1 inch thick, foamy head, which lasts. Heavy lacing to the end.
Aroma of coffee, burnt toast, chocolate.
Taste is coffee, cocoa, roast malt, black malt. Astringent.
Full bodied, light carbonation. Creamy, thick & oily. Dry, bitter finish.

Wonderful RIS, black as night with a thin mocha head. Roasty chocolate and malt on the nose. Taste is rich with bakers chocolate, coffee, roasted grain, some black licorice. Mouthfeel is full but not sticky. Great stuff

I love the RIS style, and this is one of the top 4 or 5 I've had. Love the 2020 can art, this was canned in October.
So dark and devilish with the beautiful ring of reddish-brown foam. It settles rather quick without much lacing.
Smell is semi-sweet chocolate, hint of coffee. The taste is bomb. Delicious dark chocolate with just a touch of alcohol noticed. The feel is perfect - not overly thick...or thin. Loving this brew, and WILL buy again. Tremendous job.
