“Fire, Walk with Me”? Nah, not with this one. Because it’s cooler and more soft than your grandma’s Temperpedic. Damn thing is more mellow than the color yellow. It’s beautiful and chills like THC even before it was made legal. Oh, baby? As if it were Thanksgiving, give me some more gravy.

Handsome clear yellow amber brew with abundant foam in the tumbler. Inviting aroma of lemon and cucumber. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Moderately sweet with a deep fruity flavor of citrus.Tangy and clean but not acidic. Not overly bitter but that is distinct in the aftertaste. ENds on a fruity note, however, with just enough residual sweetness. Quite a pleasant and sippable DIPA that maintains its maidenly modesty while revealing some deeper passions. From the 12 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Darted 01/13/23.

On tap at Societe in San Diego.
Pours a clear golden with finger of crisp white head.
The aroma was a little underwhelming to start but as warmed got nice citrus, tangerine, slightly floral, and some subdued piney hops in back.
Malty sweetness on the palate with tangerine, sweet orange, tropical fruit. Piney at the back end with a great balancing bitterness that compliments the sweetness.
Medium full mouthfeel with a smoothness that is incredible - the 9% ABV is hidden - very little lingering bitterness, just sadness as I got to the bottom of the glass. Absolutely loved this beer.

12 ounce can from the brewery home to Canada. 8.5% at this time.
Beautifully aromatic - ripe orange, mango, tangerine.
Sweet tropical fruit, orange, pineapple but with piney notes, a bit of herbal bitterness.
Bright medium mouthfeel with active carbonation. Just delightful.

On tap at BottleCraft – Little Italy San Diego, CA
Had this on 09/25/15 – 8oz pour
My pour arrives a brassy looking dark golden amber. Mostly clear and fine with a good finger width of ivory white foam. Good stay power and stick action noted.
The nose blossoms with a posy of fresh fruity of hops. Grapefruit, mango with peach, tangerine, and a touch of ripe gooseberry. Light underpinning of sticky pines. Not getting much malt character here other than a dash of sweetness to it. Very floral with some light tropicalia.
Superb balance for such a beastly brew with a full course flourish of fresh fruity hops. Pink grapefruit, mango, tangerine, and green melon with a light herbal pine mixed in. Resinous but not abrasive. There is some faint malt cracker underneath and a fairly calmed bitterness to this. Keeps the alcohol dangerously well masked making for a very smooth beverage. Moderately to lighter filling body and incredibly dry for its size.
Another Highly recommended from Societe. Definitely worth checking out.
