This beer has a fairly thick off-white head with moderate carbonation. Color is deep red and quite clear. Aroma is of roasted grains and caramel, but quite faint. Taste is on the bland side and lacks boldness, as do many in this category. Mouth feel is light and watery. Overall, this is an okay, but not fantastic beer, and the Michelob line has better offerings.
