12-oz bottle into Samuel Smith "Tulip" pint glass
A - 1 finger of slightly-off-white head over a completely transparent dark amber/brown body
S - faint smell of roasted malt with a fainter smell of grassy hops; hint of caramel
T - simple caramel malt sweetness complemented by simple hop bitterness; nuts; not very complex
M - light-medium body; high carbonation
O - Not much of a bock. If you are looking for a good bock, look elsewhere.
