A: The beer pours a cola brown with a long-lived, big fluffy head of froth. There is a lot of carbonation action going on inside the beer.
S: Their is some faint hop character in the smell, but mostly it is made up of a light, bittersweet chocolate smell with a hinty acidic odor coming in at the end. Caramel shows up now and then.
T: Lighter than I expected. There is some nice malt character and a kiss of milk chocolate. The beer does have a nice bite on the back of the mouth due to the faint hops, carbonation, and a little bit of spice.
M&D: There is a lot of carbonation here and the drinkability is reduce to casual, but the beer is smooth on the tounge.
