Another year, and another "special" brew from A-B for their employees who donated to the United Way.
Pours a very pale yellow with a thin white head and lots of bubbles. Lots of sweetness from the malt and other cereal grains quite prominent. No hops detectable. Palate is controlled by the sweet malt. Not as dry as Budweiser. Short, sweet finish. Very light mouthfeel with a mouthwatering finish from the sufficient carbonation. A typical macro lager, but with slightly more character. Similar in style and flavors to the Michelob family of beers. A novelty beer never to be seen again, and won't really be missed. The best thing about this beer is that it was free.
