Pours a light copper, crystal clear with a steady inch-thick white head. It's certainly a pretty beer. Aroma is a light pale malt with a light touch on the spices, some cloves and nutmeg.
Taste is very similar to the aroma, light toasty pale malt and very gentile spices. Cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon are very faint but detectable. Lands somewhere beyond an Oktoberfest/märzen but just shy of most pumpkin ales.
Mouthfeel is light and clean, a little watery but satisfying. Overall, a bit light for a pumpkin-spiced ale but I consider that a good thing as it's far too easy to over-do. Doesn't suck but doesn't do much to stand out.
