Bottle born on May 21, 2008 poured into a tumbler.
A- A slighty cloudy, bright orange with a 1 finger fuzzy white head that somewhat quickly dropped to a decent lace. Not a lot of stick.
S- A little wheat and a lot of orange and spice.
T- The flavor seemed less about the wheat and more about the orange and spice noted in the aroma. It wasn't terrible, but it seems to rely on the added flavors a bit too much.
M- Decent consistency. A bit fizzy from the carbonation.
D- Decent drinker. Spices are definitely present, but not so much that you can't have more than one in a sitting.
Overall- Not the best Witbier, but it's a nice switch-up from A-B. I'm not going to seek it out, but if a taplist was limited I wouldn't hesitate to order it.
