Chilled bottle poured into frosted glass. Poured down side with final ounce poured down middle. Fine white head with pale cloudy body coloring.
Lacing was really lacking and head disappeared rather quickly.
Taste was rather sweet but not as sweet as Blue Moon Belgian White.
Mild coriander and spice hint but not a bitter finish. I must say though that this is a very drinkable ale.
Folks unfamiliar with witbier would be nicely served to give this one a try.
Probably best described as a good choice for the novice ale drinker to try and leave the undrinkable grocery store favorites in the cooler case.
