Appearance - Pours a VERY hazy, light-yellow color with a centimeter-thick head that dissipates quickly. Has very nice lacing. This beer is unflitered.
Smell - Orange zest, citrus, and light spices. The smell is pretty feint.
Taste - Citrus, orange, coriander, and maybe some ginger..
Mouthfeel - Light bodied with medium carbonation. Very crisp.
Overall - This is a pretty good beer. They have recipes on their website to cook with and the chicken with angel hair pasta tastes amazing.
