Appearance: Solid amber red with good foam and lacing. I think Budweiser American Ale is kind of flat and watery in appearance.
Smell: Caramel malt with pine hops. A perfect smell combination, although I wish there was more of it.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Mostly caramel and pine hops, at the beginning and in the finish. Starts out fairly creamy but ends up watery in the mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Not offensive and all, and honestly enojoyable to drink.
Overall: A slightly above average attempt by Bud at a microbrew.
Serving type: bottle
