Appearance: Somewhat more golden than the typical straw color of light lagers, but it still reminds me of urine. The fairly short head migrates quickly and minimal blotchy lacing remains. I do however like the steady stream of fine bubbles that break for the top.
Smell: Contrary to what I was expecting, this really isn't offense at all, but there's really much in the smell. There's a little bit of grain and some adjunct.
Taste: For an adjunct lager, this isn't that offensive. There are flavors of grain, rice, and adjunct malt, but all in all it's pretty darn bland. Years ago when I had this I thought that I tasted some wood, which I had liked, but I don't taste that this time.
Mouthfeel: Very thin. The beer is crisp, and the carbonation seems just about right, but the beer is too thin for the flavors (whatever there are of them) to shine.
Overall: Assuming you drink this cold (you don't want this to warm up) this isn't all bad. It's a beer intended for those who just want to get drunk quickly and don't care too much about what they're putting in their body. This is good for that purpose, as it's bland and watery, but it just doesn't have any character.
