Pale, straw yellow lager. Descent amount of bubbles. Disappointingly thin head with poor retention. Little lacing but more than most of the style.
Clean, grain like aroma. Hint of leafy hops. Slightly skunked. Mild bready notes.
Big adjunct flavor, corn and rice. Not much malt flavor. Semi-metallic (kinda like sucking on a nickel.) Mild leafy hop flavor. Not good by any means but average among American adjuncts.
Light body, high level of carbonation, not much texture.
This stuff is ok. Basically the prototype for the American adjunct lager. Simply put, this stuff is the definition of average in a category that is way below average making it undesirable.
