33cl bottle into pint glass in Galway, Ireland. I got this beer for free, but I'm thinking I'm going to want my money back.
A: Pours a clear straw yellow, with a laughably pathetic thin disgusting head that goes from two fingers to one in ten seconds and completely disappears to nothing in twenty five seconds. At least I don't have to taste that part of the beer.
Sm: Smells of straw with maybe a bit of horse urine for flavouring (that extra touch from the brewmaster - Eau de cheval, anyone?)
T: Is there barley somewhere in this? This might be good as a between-real-beer cleanser since it's so close to water. A light hint of straw for that oh-so-subtle beer taste. What an American classic.
Mf: Too smooth, too wet. I mean, it's water.
Dr: Cheap enough in America. Would I drink it again? Not over most cheaper American macros if I were looking to get drunk. Stick to steel gravity high reserve if you're sacrificing taste to get locked. Elsewise, lads, truth be told this tastes like what I imagine your urine would taste like after having a real beer. To its credit, it should be said that 5.00% is a fair bit above the standard 4.3% of many beers.
