First I want to say, as of a week ago, Shock Top Wheat IPA has been discontinued. For that reason I chose to get a case for the special price of $10. Here's the review!
A: The look is a nice hazy golden/honey color, no head what so ever, no lacing, but good carbonation. And got some smoke out of the bottle which is a plus!
S: Not a lot to the smell here, a little bit of pine, little bit of citrus but very faint, and maybe some grassy notes too.
T: Right off the bat I get some floral hops, not any bitterness at all. Slight pine and citrus, but not very much. Sweet and a little tangy would best describe it.
M: Even though this is a poor excuse for an IPA, I had 24 4 days ago and now I am on my last one, so its drinkable!
O: Overall, its not a terrible beer but this is the absolute worst IPA Ive ever had, if you want to even call it an IPA. I guess there is a reason its being pulled!
