A big shout out to the legendary woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 16.9 oz. can. Has a golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is dominated by grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, a bit sweet, well carbonated, more soda like than beer like. Feels light in the mouth and overall was a nice change of pace, but wouldn't want this all the time.

.33L clear bottle with a BB date of 9/2015.
Unusual appearance, but does look like a hefeweizen with grapefruit juice.
The smell is largely citrus rind and grapefruit juice, but there's a nice mix of hefeweizen with grapefruit juice in the flavor.
Refreshing; exceptionally fruity; lightly sweet.

500 mL can dated 04/2015 at 40 degrees into weizen glass
Aroma of grapefruit
Head large (6 cm), white, frothy, very slowly diminishing to 5 mm layer
Lacing – none
Body medium yellow, cloudy
Flavor very grapefruity – nothing else comes through; no hops, no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light to medium, creamy, lively carbonation
Appearance 3.5, Aroma 3.5, Flavor 3.5, Palate 3, Overall 3.375. Final weighted score: 3.425
Although I love grapefruit if that was all I wanted, I’d have eaten one. The grapefruit is definitely present, overriding all the hefeweizen characteristics except cloudiness – no yeast phenolics are to be found.
