This beer came from 15 min away from my home. It is a very exceptional tasting beer. The smell is soft and fruity to me. the taste is very potent making it very enjoyable to drink. The high alcohol content would scare most casual drinkers but I feel everyone should try this great brew. The brewery will fill a growler on weekends and even show you around. There is a lot of flavor in this beer and I cant quite explain it. I can compare it to a Golden Monkey but it has more citrus taste to it. You must try this beer if your in the Croydon area.

very hazy rustic orange glow with golden high lights. About a finger of white head. Banana and hay on the nose.
Creamy and medium bodied. Very dry and tannic finish. Malt sweetness with a soft fruitiness up front, faint barnyard flavors of hay work nicely as undertones beneath it all. Very earthy dry finish to balance from the hops. Again super tannic finish, Really shows how a tripel can be sweet and dry at the same time rather then one or another. Reminds me of a cleaner version of weyerbachers merry monks with a dryer finish. Not too complex but with classic tripel flavors that go well together. banana and clove, fruit, and earth.

Picked up a bomber of this for 7 bucks from the house of 1,000 during their bomber sale. Into a stone pint glass.
A - Very carbonated giving me a 1/2 inch of sudsy head that lasts quite a while. Color is a somewhat hazy bright yellow.
S - Smells of spicy hops, light fruity yeasts, some lemon, and grassy hay.
T - A very fruity Triple indeed, getting some apricot, honeydew, and grassy hops. Very dry and Belgium in nature with stingy alcohol esters and fresh squeezed lemon.
M - Medium to heavy with noticeable alcohol and bubbly carbonation.
Overall I have had smoother Triples and I really like fruity takes on the style. Not bad overall for what it is.

Pours a glowing orange color, light haze with thin cap of bone white bubbles, sticky lacing. Big pungent whiffs of tropical and citrus, candy sugar, light breadyness, moderate spice. Taste brings orange rind, fruity grapefruit and orange juice, residual sugar, moderate notes of corriander, light breadyness. Lightly bitter, sweet and fruity but finishes a touch dry. Quite taken back by how enjoyable this beer was. ABVs hidden well, and while not necessarily true to style with all the sweet fruityness, it was enjoyable for every sip.

22 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with long lasting, fluffy, white head. Aroma is of Belgian yeast, bready malt and spices. Body is full, creamy and tangy. Taste is of yeast, spices, sugar, herbal hops, bready malt and fruity esters. Finish is sweet first than becomes very spicy. Very nice brew.
