A dark amber, almost honey, color. White head dissipates quickly. No lace.
Smell is malty, citrus and sour. Nice balance but a bit weak overall.
Taste is malt quickly followed by sour, spices(clove, pepper), honey, and citrus. Very well balanced with good complexity.
Smoothish with a tangy effervescence at the fore. Warming slightly but with a light coating of the upper palate. Higher ABV than a normal saison but very well incorporated.

On tap at Darwin's
Poured a beautiful hazy lemon with tangerine hues. White fluffy head that leaves its mark on the glass and diminishes to lazy trails. A wonderfully refreshing aroma of pale malts, wheat, lemon peels, bit of herb, black pepper, and freshly cut grass. The flavors are well done and not muddled at all. For 7% abv, it drinks like 4%. Refreshing, crisp, and light bodied, although this is FAR from watery. This is a lovely Florida beer. I would drink this all day at the beach, after work, in Disney World, etc. Pairs well with seafood and ceviche.
