Finally decided to Crack this one. So far the barrel aged beers have been disappointing due to lack of carbonation. Poured a thin black body with almost no head. Aroma of slight bourbon, hints of vanilla, and some sweet fruits. Very thin mouthfeel. Minimal vanilla taste. Has more of a fruit raisin taste. Another disappointment. They do make some good beers though, so I know they can do better. Will wait a few years to buy more of these specialty beers from them though.

Appearance: Pours an extremely dark brown color with half a finger of head which quickly dissipated to the edges of the glass. Active carbonation is very low.
Smell: Getting some grape must type acidity initially on the nose. Champaign type yeast aroma also very bright on the front. Dark fruits, plum and berries picked up on the body along with some lightly roasted malt notes. Slight touches of vanilla on the back end but it is very light. There is a good amount of oak lingering throughout the aroma, but how this smells I would have guessed those barrels held white wine instead of bourbon.
Taste: The front of this beer is staggeringly unflavored. I really don't know what to say about it, with each sip I sat in anxious anticipation yet nothing is delivered. Some fig, plum, mixed berries, and sprite fruits show up on the body but are nothing overpowering. There are touches of oak on the back end and the smallest notes of bourbon and vanilla I've ever tasted in a BA beer. Lingering oak and some herbal, vegetal hop flavors mix with some sticky acidity after drinking.
Mouthfeel: Weirdly drinkable. Champaign type yeast flavors and textures delivered throughout.
Overall: I've written a few reviews in my day, and this one may take the cake as the most difficult to write. A truly puzzling beer. I got some of the baltic porter aspects, but the barrel characteristics were so weirdly unique. The yeast and barrel character both said white wine to me as much as anything. Different but I need more of a bold, dark, roasted malt profile and a lot more bourbon if Pig Minds ever decides to brew this again.
