One of my favorite offerings from Pig Minds yet.
A - A deep yellow, with nice small bubbles rising into a micro-bubble head, leaves nice lacing.
S - The smell is great. Grapefruit, oranges, hop oils, sweet malts.
T - Taste is heavy grapefruit and citrus up front, then lingers into a malt-forward bitter finish that lingers. Really well balanced. Alcohol is non-existant.
M - Carbonation is high, the beer is light, and almost no syrupy stickiness for how malty it becomes.
Recommended for all beer appreciators/hopheads.

Soft lacing from the head. Turbid, straw color. Nice, mild hop aroma.
Starts bitter with notes of grapefruit and builds to a nice medium-high bitterness. At that point, the malt wells up to take the wheel. The finish is an EXCELLENT balance of malt and hop bitterness.
The balance of this one is superb. I love how well the malt plays against the hops.
A real home run.
