Poured from a bottle into an IPA glass.
L- Very light, a pretty color, but oh so light.
S- Very definite animal scents, wet hair, barnyard, onion, pepper, mold, cabbage, wet leather.
T- Pickle up front, very dry, really hard to define anything else.
F- Low carbonation, no carb feel at all. I can see the bubbles but I can't feel 'em.
O- Although my ratings are low, there's something strangely appealing about this beer. It's quite interesting and leads me to seek out more from HPB, or at least keep my eyes on them. If you're looking for the funk...it's here.
