Per the menu:
"Our Blonde Ale has a crisp, dry palate, medium body with light malt sweetness. Hints of honey may be present from the use of special honey malt from Canada. This is an easy drinking 'session' beer that could be approached easily by a main-stream beer drinker. This pairs well with salads and other lighter foods."
Pale yellow with light carbonation. Tastes a bit anemic, but may appeal to a less adventurous palate.
