A-mostly clear golden color with a nice lasting off white head with clinging lacing on glass
S-citrus and melon with garden dank hops and earthy smell
T-loads of hops but on garden varietal dankness there are citrus and white fruit hops in background
M-slight bitterness lower carbonation
O-well made brew but the hops were not to my liking not to say in a bad way thou (369 characters)

On Tap: Wow, those are some fresh hops, indeed.

A: bright clear orange, with small head that subsides quickly.
S: Woah, this is a hop assault. Dank, pungent, and that combination of pine and citrus that reminds of cat pee (an association that I can't shake).
T: Hops really hit you right away, then it fades a bit at the back of the tongue, and then it mellows out a bit; I don't get a whole lot of balance.
M: Prickly due to the hops. I would say not overly carbonated, though.
Overall, this definitely is a hop fix, especially if you like Mosaic. At a mere 5%, you can knock a few back, too. I generally love beers (wet hopped or not) with Simcoe and Citra, and I've also enjoyed Mosaic when it's part of a mix. This was interesting, but I'm not in love. (767 characters)

Clear, bright golden hue, big, beautiful, dotted white frothy head.

Aroma: sweet and bitter together. melon and pineapple plus apricot and peach. Delightful. Lovely. Ah….

Taste: Starts out mild, then the hop flavor starts to build. Fresh, vibrant, and full of tropical fruit flavors. Mellow mouthfeel, not too bitter, but very lively in the mouth. Lingering bitterness on the back of palate is juuust right.

There's another note in the flavor from this hop that is hard to pin down, but the description from the brewery keeps calling it "blueberry." And that's the closest thing I can think of, but it's not quite really that, though it does faintly remind you of that fruit. That's what beer tasting is all about, really, finding the closest thing you can to describe a particular flavor element, even if it is echoes away.

Lean bodied, clean, and ever-so easy to drink. (only 5.2% ABV.) (894 characters)
