Higher scale neighborhood restaurant, nice tap list and eclectic menu. Catering to those in the restaurant "industry". Parking can be a chore, but food is good, and they were running a beer engine.

I was browsing PhillyTapFinder and found they were pouring Curieux here. A quick bike ride and I’m there, in an almost empty bar in a very quiet area of Pennsport/Moyamensing.
It is Monday, early afternoon. Quiet 'hood and quiet bar. I sat outside instead of the dark interior, and chose to eat the house burger, which has some name in Philly burger circles. $6.5 only on Mondays. What I got was a thin brisket patty, cooked medium. I enjoy this kind of simple, no-frills burger, but the Industry burger cannot compete with Fountain Porter.
The rest of the food menu looks great and I'll have to try it out: lamb neck bahn mi, beef tartare, chicken liver mousse and even a $35 tasting menu.
On tap, stuff from Allagash, Stone, Weyerbacher and you name it. Nothing crazy but rather serviceable.
