Pours a dark gold, thick creamy head. Malts and some sweetness on the smell. The taste has hops, but it’s not a hop bomb, there is some sweetness, some toastiness present as well. Quality mouthfeel that is nicely carbonated

Thanks to Andrew for the bottle.
Pours a hazed golden orange colour, 2 fingers of white head and lots of lace. Smell is of orangey citrus fruits, some grapefruit, fuzzy peaches some malty caramel and sugar cookie. Taste has a big citrus start, long lingering bitterness, grapefruit and orange, mid palate sweetness but drying into the finish with some more malt, hoppy aftertaste. Light-medium carbonation, oily points, medium body. A nice intro to Sleeping Giant, interested in trying more stuff from these guys as this shows lots of promise, would revist this again.

Big ups to my main man andrenaline for sending this out in our latest cross country trade
A - slightly hazy caramel amber hue, finger of head retained at a consistent cover, fairly decent lacing all around
S - hops aromas of citrus and pepper, along with faint caramel and mint
T - gentle lemon zest an earthy hop notes, grainy and mild caramel malts, hints of spicy peppery hops through the finish
M - medium to light body, drys out through the middle with the spicy aspect more pronounced here, medium bitter through the finish but not too agressive
O - definitely pleased with this offering from the folks at Sleeping Giant, i've only had the pleasure of trying a few via trade & visit with andrenaline but I believe this is the best i've had from them thus far

Another edition of the Anomoly series...
A - Pours a hazy copper colour, thumb of tan head with decent retention and some sporadic lacing.
S - Sweet citrus, earthy pine and butter caramel on the finish. Fresh citrus rind and earthy pine round off the nose.
T - Much like the nose, solid citrus hops, the citrus rind comes through alongside a touch of grapefruit. Solid bitterness lingers alongside a solid caramel malt backbone.
M - Medium bodied, smooth and a nice dryness on the finish.
O - A pleasant addition to the line-up that boasts a solid flavour profile and enough fresh citrus hop notes to keep any hophead happy. I would definitely think this is worthy of being a year round offering.
