A walrus is a peaceful and cute animal, which only goes on the offensive when one moves into its territory, or threaten its progeny. After the first encounter with a walrus, only few people who need something mended. Should you still want to challenge fate, is a Stronzo clearly preferable. The aroma is either placid or cute, but totally irresistible dominated by American hops. Should we dare to taste the goods can however be assured that the walrus beats down. There will be acknowledged with a bitter right there, leaving only a few sad remnants of what used to be an excellent uvula.

The beer is clouded amber, lots of small bubbles, a high off-white head that leaves good lacing. Moderate curtains.
Soap, resin, grass, herbs, grape-fruit.
Toast, toffee, tropical sweet fruits, resin, herbs, bitter grape-fruit peel, metallic finish.
Medium low carbonation, soft, slightly watery, a dry coarse finish.
Actually it does not really deliver a deep DIPA experience to me.
