On tap, poured into a tulip glass.
L---Clear, golden color. No real head, even right after the pour. No lacing.
S---Sweet & fruity. No hint of bite or sourness.
T---Fruity. White fruits like apples & pear. Just the faintest hint of sourness, not as expected, but good.
F---No noticeable carbonation, felt like an uncarbonated juice.
O---Not really what I was expecting from a saison. My wife really liked it. She ordinarily wouldn't like a saison, though, so that might be a tell.

Over the top cracked peppercorn on the palate. Unpleasant.

Poured into a chalice, color is muddled gold, opaque, feint head, no lacing or rings.
Smell is sweet and sour, very interesting, slight saison yeast scents, more sourness.
Taste is a little sweet, but quickly followed by some stronger sourness, malt flavors are pretty neutral, and the sweetness is hard to pin point, maybe its from the souring; solid saison flavors and nice sourness, not too overbiting.
Mouthfeel is surprising balanced, the sweet and sour mix works well and saison and sourness are not overly harsh.
Interesting brew, a little sweet, nicely sour. I think it could use a bit more carbonation or a fresher pour than a growler. I've had this brew twice and enjoyed it each time, but it was better on draft than growler.

Cloudy golden orange color. Head was small and the lacing looks like greasiness.
Rotted lemon, black peppercorn, coriander, farmhouse yeast, and light breadiness.
Super peppery with lighter citrus notes. Yeast is prominent, and lightly sour. Still has mild sweetness. Tropical fruit notes, extreme black pepper, tangerine, and cherimoya.
Low carbonation. Body has slickness. Alcohol is not a problem.
Decent saison. A little too extreme with the spice notes.
