Tasted on March 13, 2010. Thanks to Traquairlover for sharing!

This poured a hazy gold with a bit of off-white head. It smelled like wild honey and toffee with some buttery barley and plastic. It tasted like sweet honey and caramel and toffee, with nutty malt and some wax/plastic and lemon zest, and a bit of champagne grapes and pine. It was watery with some carbonation, and had a lasting bitter aftertaste. Overall this was a very delicate beer. I was surprised at how much plastic scent and taste it had already (as this is typically only found in beers aged for 10+ years). It also wasn't as complex as I expected, but it still had a mostly great flavor. As long as you can get over the plastic character, this was a delight to sip.
