A- Golden wheat, apple juice appearance. Lacing hangs out for awhile while initial, fluffy finger of head fades gradually.
S- Strong aroma hops stand out and dominate over a weaker, sweet malt scent. A brief, uninvited whiff of evaporated malt liquor stings the nostrils.
T- Strong initial hop bittering, slowly rounds out to sweet maltiness before retreating back to a strong hop finale.
M- Good carbonation that matches well with the hop zing. Light-medium body, a little oily.
D- Hops- to sweet malt -to hops. Not a complex beer, but easy to drink with a nice, bitter aftertaste. Enjoy with red meats such as sausages, where the aroma can compliment a secondary flavor.
