around the neck of the bottle, there's a label that says "bass pub pour". i wondered what that meant, and with a little research i've concluded that it's part of a subtle advertising campaign for bass pub pour nitro-cans, which i would definitely like to try.
A- clear honey-amber body with a fluffy cream colored head with decent retention. settles to 1/4in leaving minute amounts of spit-bubble lace.
S- some sweet malt aromas goin on but mostly fruity earthy hops and sourdough bread.
T- toasted biscuits, english muffin? faint herbs like a little thyme, grapeleaves, watery caramel, faint earthy floral hops, finishes with a slight nutty buttery-ness.
MF- crisp and dry, on the verge of over-carbonation, kool-aid consistancy.
D- mildly flavorful, goes down easy when poured properly, a great pale ale for all seasons.
