Unknown vintage; drank 12/21/15 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice, noisy bright white head; frothy lace.
Banana, wheat, vanilla & faint clove notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel. Banana & vanilla flavors up front; faint clove notes on the finish. As this warmed, faint citrus notes emerged.
Quaffable with a complex, pleasing flavor; I can't imagine asking much more from a witbier.

Roommate brought these home as he works for the distributor for this beer and gets them for $10/case. Not sure what the store price would be. 12oz brown bottles with no freshness date. Also note that my label calls this WAHOO WHITE.
The beer poured a slightly cloudy pale yellow color, but much clearer than most wits. The 1-finger white head lasted about 45 seconds and left almost no lacing. The most amazing thing about the appearance is how fast the gazillion carbonation bubbles race to the surface.
The beer smelled citrusy, spicy, and wheaty.
The beer is brewed with orange peel and coriander, and has a slightly tangy lemon/orange flavor along with some spice and unmalted wheat. Fairly dry and very bland. Very low bitterness, as would be expected in a 12 IBU beer.
Very light bodied with medium carbonation.
I found it very uninteresting, but definitely not drain pour either. Very easy going down with just a 4.5% abv.
