Being a gose, there is no real definitive style guidelines to appearance and aroma. I enjoy them, you might not. Expect a cloudy yellow, almost urine like pour, with hints of lactic acid and wheat in the nose. No reason to dwell there, since a Gose could mean many different things to many different folks beside German influence, vaguely wheaty, slighty sour salt beer.
Taste is incredible. Yes, it's a salt beer. The salt actually evens out the lactic acid pretty well, and while still getting a sour taste it isn't the palate ruiner some sours can be. I could drink pint after pint of this, particularly at the low ABV.

I sampled a pint on tap at the Union Craft Brewing tap room in Baltimore, MD. The beer was especially fresh. It poured a muddled (not really translucent) orange color with a medium sized (well under an inch) airy head that dissipated quickly.
The aroma was fresh of oranges, coriander, and some lemon in the way of a saison or farmhouse ale.
Taste was good, fresh, refreshing, recently brewed. Again, similar to a farmhouse brew with more robust fruit flavors. Not salty, but flavorful, almost as if the salt had the affect of a seasoning to bring out the fruit flavors, while not really bringing a salty flavor to the beer. Very thirst quenching (is this a contradiction for a salt beer?).
Good mouthfeel, not thin, but not too thick. You could smack your lips to get a better feel for the taste. Heavier on the palate than a farmhouse ale.
Overall, a good session beer, something that could be sipped after work outside, or while sitting outside during a warm late summer or early fall afternoon. I would have it again, particularly on a warm afternoon.

A: Murky orange yellow, one finger bone white head that dissipates fairly quickly.
S: Tart oranges, lemon zest.
T: Same as aroma, but add salt (just the right amount).
M: Could use a bit more carbonation at the end of sips, but I like the somewhat milky feel, and the bubbles don't overpower at the start.
O: A delightful gose. Could be more complex, but it's flavorful and refreshing.
