Pours clear, dark brown in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is coffee, toasted malts, and big vanilla sweetness. Sweet even for the style. Although I prefer other milk stouts, this one is certainly worth a try.

I had the Russian imperial nitro version. Really good. Couldn't find it list but too lazy to add. I would buy. Buy me a bomber (or two) back in the TC, if possible (it's not), Well done.

If you have the opportunity, I recommend trying Parallel 49's N2 Milk Stout. Nice dark colour, fragrant notes of dark malt typical to a stout, good feel, and fantastic light, sweet, lasting flavour.

A: Pours an opaque yet still clear jet black in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation along the edges of the glass and faint dark cola brown highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense foamy creamy tan head that slowly reduces to a very thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass.Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of sweet roasted malts, milk chocolate, and a hint of earthy hops.
T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of roasted malts and sweet dark malts. That is followed by a light to moderate flavor of milk chocolate and a moderate amount of lactose sweetness. Hints of earthy hops in the finish with just a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very creamy and smooth.
O: Smooth and creamy, easy to drink and very enjoyable. I could easily have a couple of these.

341ml bottle poured into pint glass 31/7/15
A dark cola liquid, even a dump down the middle didn’t do much for head or lace, beer looks pretty dead let alone for a nitro
S faint coffee and smoke, faint licorice, burnt brown sugar, some chocolate liqueur, smells a little sweet but to be expected with the style, what’s there smells decent but there’s not enough of it
T sweet roasted grains, some milk chocolate, not really far from the nose but lacking intensity for sure, just a little weak
M watery, almost dead flat, slick after the fact, room for improvement here without doubt
O pretty basic stuff start to finish, smells and tastes OK but its missing plenty
Maybe they forgot to pump my bottle full of nitro? Pretty still liquid not a whole lot to write home about

Pours a black color. 2/3 inch head of an off-tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong sweet malt, roasted malt, slight chocolate, hint of hop, hint of alcohol, and a hint of oatmeal. Fits the style of a Milk / Sweet Stout. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of strong sweet malt, hint of liquor, roasted malt, slight chocolate, hint of alcohol, hint of hop, and a hint of wood. Overall, great appearance, good aroma, body, blend, complexity, and feel, but the liquor taste is unfortunate.

Poured into an Irish tulip glass.
Look: Cascading bubbles settle into a black body with a ruby tint coming through in the light. A frothy, creamy tan head remain on top of the beer without receding much as the beer goes down. Light random patches of lacing are found on one side of the glass.
Aroma: Lactose sugar comes out a lot, with a creamy, milky note mixed with some chocolate.
Taste: Definitely tastes milky with a slightly sour lactose sugar finish. Leaves a bitter aftertaste. Tastes kind of metallic as well.
Mouthfeel: Paper thin and metallic, watery.
Overall: Really disappointed with the lack of body and taste in this. It smells alright but the aroma does not translate to taste.
