Considering all of the glitz and glam one might associate with the name, this beer is pretty tame...not a lot of flash bulbs going off in my mind. None the less, a decent brew that shouldn't be avoided. Amber in colour, subtle flavour of hops, which is nice if you plan on having 2 or 3.

An uninspiring bottle, for which I'd had higher hopes, but which may act as a decent "transition beer" or even a "session beer" for many. I would definitely buy a pint over any macro I've yet tried.

Pours an attractive, clear golden-copper colour, albeit with a very low carbonation level so the limited white head disappears within seconds. Bland aroma of "malted barley" has no indication of any hop tones. Although the taste is not powerful, it does have some tropical fruit elements before a hop inspired bitterness. It is thin and lacking the balance of better beers but still a brewery I give marks for trying and from whom I'd buy again.

12oz Bottle from the Orleans LCBO for $13 part of a mixed 6 pack

Appearance - Clear gold colour with a small size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there isn't much lacing. The head lasted for 2-3 minutes.

Smell - Hops, breads/grains, malts, caramel

Taste & Mouth - There is a below average amount of carbonation and I can taste malts, hops, and bread/grains. There are also some grassy/herbal notes and some caramel. It ends with a malty slightly bitter aftertaste.

Overall – This reminds me a bit of a blend of the Propeller IPA and the Phillips Hop Circle IPA. A nice flavourful beer, but nothing really exciting. It doesn't really have any vibrant flavours to it.
