This light beer is fashioned after German, summer wheats. Summer wheat gives this beer its crisp, refreshing character. We serve it with a slice of lemon.

Harvester Wheat has a dark gold color with a fleeting white head. The smell is malty, spicy and tart. Medium bodied with light carbonation. The taste is of tart malts and grainy spice flavors. Finishes very crisp and clean.
Very true to style, not bad. (253 characters)

Light and crisp; a good, clean, thirst quenching session ale. Low bitterness and hop character. Very little head retention. No major flaws. Better than the average crossover beer. (179 characters)

This brew was served with a lemon (which was not requested). This more or less tells you the quality of the beer. It lacked the typical haziness that you would associate with a wheat beer. The taste was extremely bland and could barely beat your average commercial lager in taste. Pretty weak. (293 characters)
